Elisabeth is an active freelance harpist performing regularly in the South East Kansas and South West Missouri area. Elisabeth began the study of harp at age 10 and studied under Mary Prokes. She then went on to study under Wesley Kelly from Kansas City, Missouri. She has received training from world renowned harpists Carol McClure and Carol McLaughlin and has participated in the American Harp Auditions and Evaluations. In 2006 she won 1st place in the Advanced Division of the Oklahoma Midwest Harp Festival Competition. At 14 years of age she played for her first wedding, and from then on has been performing for private and public events. She also has a ministry playing for patients in hospitals.
Elisabeth has brought the sound of harp music to many settings including Churches, Art Shows, Luncheons, Formal dinners, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Weddings, Bridal Showers, Fundraisers, Political Events, Funerals, Restaurants, Award Banquets, Memorials, and has also performed with the MSSU orchestra.
